- Windows 10 64-bit (1809+) or Windows 11 64-bit
- About 1.2 GB disk; 8 GB RAM recommended
- Unsigned installer: SmartScreen More info → Run anyway
- Smart App Control on some Windows 11 PCs can block unsigned apps; that is a Windows setting, not a WebCopier switch
