Offline browsing
Offline means “open the files on this PC,” not “every button still talks to a cloned server.”
Clicking between captured pages should stay inside the local project. If a page was not captured, you should see a local notice, not a silent jump to the live website.
Fonts, images, and scripts only appear offline when they were saved. Missing files are a capture gap, not a network setting.
