WebCopier features

Every item below is something the Windows application actually does. Features that are not shipped are not listed.

WebCopier 1.4.0-rc1 · Updated 2026-09-06 · Windows 10/11

Real browser rendering

Pages are opened in a real browser so you capture what was painted, not only the first HTML response.

JavaScript execution

Client scripts run before save. Sites that depend on that step can still produce a usable local page.

Page discovery

Internal links are collected so capture can continue beyond the first URL, within your plan.

Sitemap discovery

When a sitemap is available, WebCopier can use it as another source of URLs.

HTML, CSS, JS, and assets

The rendered document and the files it needed are stored in the local project.

Offline projects

Projects live on your PC. You can browse saved pages locally when their files are present.

Capture reports

Each job produces a report of what was captured, skipped, or only partly saved.

Plans and page limits

Free capture is one page. Paid plans add site and page caps. See pricing.
